Same as a fire boat salute, but done in an empty bath tub. Could also be done on any type of dry surface or land, that is not on water.

Yellow Dock 

To partake in a yellow dock is to add hard liquor or spirits to an already alcoholic mixed beverage. The result of which is typically an extreme and more expedient level of intoxication.
