Someone who is clueless or naive. But said in a joking way. Como means in Spanish "How" but my definition means different. You can use it to call your family that. But it's no harm done cause it's in a joking way. Everybody is a como at least once a day. We all do stupid things. Therefore everyone is a como.

"You don't know what you're talking about. You're a como."

"I'm not a como. I know what I'm doing."

Another word to clarify what someone said but you didn't understand. It's like what did you say? or what did you want? but in a Spanish rhyme.

Ex 1: Phone Conversation
Jack: Hey, dshvjksnjkfdmfd
James: ¿Comó homo? Dude get the dick out of your mouth.
Jack: Sorry, I use Verizon. I said hey whats up.

Ex 2: Homework Troubles
Bob: Jessica
Jessica: ¿Comó homo?
Bob: Did you understand the math homework?
