A person who unnecesarily drives their car whilst children are walking to school. The pedo is a reference to paeodophile because they are abusing children by filling the air with carcinogenic fumes.
An example of a carpedo would be school run mums who could easily get up ten minutes earlier in the morning and walk their kids to school.

After a few days the smell will be very noticeable but not obvious where it is coming from. It is the perfect prank because no permanent damage will be caused and it will not cost any money to the pranked other than maybe a few car washes.
