He is of short stature but he's always packing. As a womanizer, he leaves no prisoners. Mark usually appears on The Howard Stern Show and captivates us with his unusual voice. People will go as far to say that Mark the Bagger has fucked Based God's bitch.

Guy 1: Have you heard of Mark the Bagger?
Guy 2: Yes! The legend! He's a god.
Guy 1: I heard he fucked Lil B's bitch.
Guy 2: True!

Mark the Bagger is the last known example of a viking warrior in modern day America.

Tool Bagger

1) Some one who is more than a tool, They just keep adding more things to make them more of a tool.
2) Usually a girl, but not exclusively, who continually dates unsuitable people and hence bags tools. Therefore they are a tool bagger. I.e they are collecting tools.
3) An individual within the tool manufacturing industry whos job it is to bag the tools. E.G they must bag all the tools into a tool kit before sale to the public.

1) "hey Tony can you believe that guy? what a tool!"

2)"have you seen who Janice is going out with now. he is such a loser!"

Dude II: Yeah, but don't expect the pugs and baggers to condemn him. They still view him as a hero for that shit he pulled on ACORN.
