The phrase has become popular recently and is used to describe females and males alike who try to dress fem, but who's masculine traits always shine through.

Atascadero

A town of 25,000 in San Luis Obispo County, California. Life in Atascadero involves dealing with rednecks, soccer moms, and the city's gigantic, overbearing, and incompetent police force. The police typically like to imagine they're in Los Angeles, and compensate for the lack of real crime in the city by harassing teenagers and motorists. They also receive huge amounts of funding with which they buy new cars and automatic rifles, so the officers can feel like their jobs aren't worthless.
In Atascadero, soccer mom families typically move to expensive suburban-esque housing that borders rural land, and complain about dirtbike noise.
Rednecks in Atascadero are generally part of a rare redneck subculture- that is, wealthy rednecks. They typically have large plots of land, expensive trucks, and dirtbikes (typically boats, ATVs and Jetskis as well). They enjoy anything relating to beer and recreational motor vehicles.

Game company responsible for classical game systems like the Atari 2600. Unfortunately dying over time from to hard competition from Sega and Nintendo.

Until this day games from the old Atari's get re-made into a new coat our redone.

Worst was wen Infogrames bought the name and with that thinking that people recognizing the name will associate them with long time quality. Unfortunately for them most don't fall for such a stupid idea...

The second ship of the Takao-class heavy cruisers, Atago, A.K.A. the best waifu in all of Azur Lane.
She is part of the Sakura Empire which is allied with the Crimson Axis.
Her Sisters are; Takao, Choukai, & Maya

Here's her introduction from Azur Lane, "Hello, I'm Atago, the second ship of the Takao-class heavy cruisers and flagship of the Second Fleet. Many of my sisters have followed my banner into battle. No matter the mission, just leave everything to big sister here~!"
