A class for a bunch of retards who don;t know what 2+2 is. They usually are one small class and are kids that either don't try or are future dominoes pizza guys.

My friend had a failing average and was put in resource math. He is a tard though.

time math

Time Math is the adding and subtracting of increments of time. Also, figuring out the local time across time zones. Time Math can be extremely difficult during travel.

Time math is much more difficult than regular math in that One Hundred equals Sixty (minutes). If it's 5:49 and you add 22 minutes, what do you got?... See? It's tough.

Say you're flying from Los Angeles to Chicago and need to be at a meeting at 4:45. You need to conduct time math to figure out how long it'll take to get to the airport, what time the flight leaves YOUR time, what the local time will be when you land, how long it'll be to catch a cab, and how long you have to get to the meeting destination.

Another example would be if someone says you're meeting at 2:00 but then calls back to say 'Actually, be there an hour and a quarter before then.'

Time Math can be a bitch when doing 15 minute increments.

Redneck Math Logic

The cognitive process in which an individual of lesser intelligence (often residing in the southern United States of America), pieces together two unrelated or otherwise illogical statements into a "Redneck Logic" equation.

Often leaves those who overhear it confused and questioning the validity of the statement. However, as dictated by Redneck Law, the statement is required to make sense, however little, and must be deliberately obscure to fool the "uneducated masses".

Some, if not all Republicans follow Redneck Math Logic.

Tucker: Hey man, who are you?
Cletus: If I ain't you, you ain't me. I am me though.
Tucker: Stop it with your goddamn fancy Redneck Math Logic. You know I ain't got no schoolin'.

devil's math

When a decision requires harming a small group, or an individual, to save a larger group. Seen in war, but also with corporate lay-offs or any such situation where you're balancing the 'needs of the many against the needs of the few.' Referred to as 'Devil's Math' because there's no good choice. You're doing something evil to a small group to try and prevent greater evil from happening.

Dropping the a-bomb on Japan killed tens of thousand of people, but prevented an invasion that would've killed millions. It was devil's math, but what choice did we have.

It's all devil's math. If we don't fire this guy we won't have enough to cover payroll for the other thirty workers, then it all comes down.

Refers to taking accounting as a major in college. Sometimes called "Doing the math thing," it refers to the tedium of math calculations in the preparation for the job and in the jog itself.

I'm going after the higher paying money jobs after college so I am "doing the math."
