Now, it's the hot new socially acceptable way to publicly insult women, and have everyone laugh along.
Interchangeable with words like "cunt" and "bitch".
For a while, it was used to describe entitled women who cause trouble in public. Overuse of the term has broadened it's definition to any woman who isn't constantly friendly and agreeable, or a woman who is in any way confrontational.

Some Karen’s I actually feel bad for, because they aren’t a Karen at all. They are kind-hearted and trustworthy people. But… if your friends with a “LET ME SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER” Karen.. yeah… they are pretty self explanatory.

Karen: $146.95!?!?
Cashier: Yeah?

Usually females but some are considered males a.k.a. Kevin's. The Natural Habitat they live in is big companies such as Walmart, target, and also fast food companies such as McDonalds etc. When they do not get their way they ask to speak to the manager or they try to call the cops.
