Filipino Time

When Filipinos arrive to a party two to four hours late because they hate to be the first ones there. If you have Caucasian friends, they will most likely disregard "Filipino Time" and arrive at the set time.

The party started a while ago, but with Filipino Time, I don't expect guests to come for another two hours.

An event where an entity from a different timeline appears in present time when it is not supposed to be.

Guy 2: Yeah...

Guy 1: A guy from the future came out of no where...

Guy 2: Go on...

Guy 2: OH FUCK NO

Time Waster

A person who contacts a company and engages in a long dialogue, full of questions and requests, with the proposed intention of buying a product or service. This dialogue can go on for days or several weeks, but the person does not purchase the product or service. A time waster is also someone who keeps saying he will pay tonight but never does.

That guy is a time waster. He's been emailing me for weeks, saying he is going to be our product but never does.
