Lift boy

Works in a hotel and operates the lift. Guests can consult him while being in the lift and ask him questions about the hotel and events that happen there. Usually, he wears white gloves, a cap and a fancy uniform fitting to the corporate design of his employer.

The lift boy is the lowest and most dispensable employee in the enormous hierarchy of the hotel's domestic staff.

Fairway Boi

a slang term used among younger laddies on the golf course in lieu of the standard Fairways Hit which is a statistical category used to rate a round and ultimately broken down into a percentage as with Greens In Regulation (GIR). Can be called out while the ball is in mid flight (Feels Really Good) or can be a pleasant surprise to walk up to on elevated, dogleg, or otherwise casual undulations.

Shine Boy

In the motorcycle world, a shine boy or shine girl is someone who's gear completely matches in color while also matching the color of their bike. The only exclusion to this rule is when it comes to matte black gear and matte black bikes as the color black doesn't technically shine and matte colors even less so.

"Look at you!....riding an orange KTM with all orange gear!...'Team Orange Shine Boy' for sure!"
