The act of touching another person's arm without their permission.

Mr Irvin is in deep trouble after video came out showing that he touched the arm of a hotel worker without asking for her permission. That gold digger is suing a rich and famous man for arm rape. What did he do to her, someone asked? He touched her arm. Shame!
