A person between the ages of 9 and 11, especially at 10 sometimes. It can start as early age as 8.

Me: "I can't believe I'm a pre-teenager/pre-teen, 11 is the last year of pre-teen."
Mum: "Getting a big boy/girl now!"

Pre-rich

The phrase "Pre-rich" refers to someone who currently does not hold wealth of any significance but is engaging in actions that could potentially result in either a sudden or gradual increase in wealth, resulting in them becoming rich. This "phrase" labels someone as doing the right this to become rich but as of the current moment, not being rich.

He's super locked into the solana trenches, that guy is gonna make so much money, he's pre-rich.

Pre-bark

A pre-bark is the low volume “oof” that a dog generates before committing to a full bark. The pre-bark involves forcing air past the floppy dog cheek in quick intervals .
The pre-bark is often used when a person or animal has the audacity to come anywhere near the dog’s house or yard.

Also known as a “cheek bark”

“Why is your dog staring out the window and making an ‘oof’ sound?”
“He’s just pre-barking at someone way down the street”
