Memphis Left / Memphis Right
A Memphis Left is a meneuver where a motor vehicle (particularly a pick-up truck) makes a left turn directly from the far right lane of a road comprised of four or more lanes.
A Memphis Right is just the opposite... where a vehice makes a right turn directly from the far left lane of such a road.
The phrase was coined from the observation that these meneuvers happen most frequently in Memphis, Tennesse.

Secular Left
The secular left is a group of left-wingers (ranging from the center-left to far-left) who support secularism. While the secular left is just that, and has no defined cultural or economic values, secular leftists (in the west at least, often) hold socially progressive and culturally liberal values such as supporting abortion rights and lgbt rights due to the religious right's opposition towards such.
The secular left is noted for promoting culturally liberal worldviews to spite the Christian right. Although, just like the secular right exists, you can be on the secular left and conservative or progressive, although most of its followers in the West are progressive socially.

Canadian Left Turn
A left turn after the traffic light turns red, where there is no turn arrow.
Or a person that creeps into an intersection, purposely to turn after the light turns red.

Seen in Vancouver B.C., hence the name 'Canadian Left Turn', but it applies to any moron, in any country turning left on a red.
