Based on the liquid-filled gum that was popular in the 1980's.

The act of going down on your woman, and as you munch, lick, and pleasure her box, she somewhat unexpectedly squirts her love juice in your mouth leaving you with, hopefully, a tasty treat.

FH: I heard action in the hotel bed next to me last night. Were you getting laid?

BR: No, but I did "freshen up"....my girlfriend was very pleased.
