I always believe in liberal leniency when it comes to arbitrating from da bench regarding minor wrongdoings or unintentional/unavoidable violations, but sometimes it takes a real Joseph Whopner to adequately/effectively take hardened criminals and habitual offenders to task for their serious/repeated transgressions.

joseph is the most caring person ever, he cares so much for his friends and his dog , i love him so much. i always go to him when im feeling sad or i have family trouble. he is the best guy you will ever meet, i wouldnt trade him for the world. his sister is also so nice. we have so much in common me and joseph. we both have family troubles, good taste in ppl (ifykyk ;) and we both love music. like yesterday i texted him and i said " all i need in this world is you & music " and he is like " SAMEE " hes also extremly funny and he helped me whe i had head rush. i love joseph so much<3
