Get the ghetto margaritamug. A black, hispanic, or sometimes asian person living in poverty within an urban setting. They believe that the "ghetto" itself is actually some sort of 'organism', if you will, which holds them down and keeps them from succeeding. But the inconvenient is that they are the ones keeping themselves down, and they blame it on the ghetto in order to take the blame off of themselves. But deep inside they know that it is themselves, and that is what scares them most.

Get the ghetto agin'mug. See also ghettofly. The two word slang for an unofficial expression that is used by some law enforcement departments and/or its officers. The expression identifies the existence and use of some type of video surveillance equipment, and may refer to one or many video surveillance cameras.
Typically the video surveillance equipment is mounted in a stationary position within any area that is well known for repeated criminal/felony activity. A ghetto fly (aka - ghettofly) or simply surveillance camera(s), is seen many times in, but not limited to, a ghetto.
The expression can also be associated with an aerial video fly over by law enforcement (i.e. - law enforcement helicopter).

A condition where by a pink sock is administered to a victim afflicted with hemoroids.Giving the appearence of stewed prunes with size variance from raisens to plump grapes. some times refered to as hanging chads.
The moment was spoiled by the appearence of Tiffany's ghetto rubys, the pink sock lollipop was clearly out of the question.
