Scoop Head

Description of one who's hair is flat on top, a then curls out on all sides. Looks like a scoop of ice cream.

Is it just me, or are more and more people becoming scoop heads.

scoop-walk

when a person somewhat waddles, but mainly only on one leg.
Almost in a "scooping" fashion; they are scooping with one leg. It adds extra emphasis when the person has longer hair that sways behind them when they 'scoop-walk'

person 1: "Hey, check out Trevor, man. He sure is scoop-walkin' today!"
person 2: "Haha ayy, day go duh scoop!"
person 1: "Haha, he's lame!"

Cupping one's hand and grazing it upwardly upon someone's neck, under the chin. Typically followed by the scooper saying "Scoop!"

Natalya pressed the back of her hand against BJ's neck and scooped scoo
