There are two definitions of this word:
1. An adjective used to describe a certain sagginess or looseness.

2. To be used before the words womp womp.

When a social media broadcaster fails to accomplish there qoutas and makes no money at the end of their month and broadcasts for hours and never gets paid .

The new host was a total flop he wasted his time streaming . That host agency was a flop they made no money .
