Collection of elected officials with high salaries, perks, and absolutely no authority. Since 1987 when every county with a population of over 10,000 has been required to have an independent auditor appointed by the district judges, the position has been a useless waste of taxpayer money.
The Texas Association of County Treasurers supports candidates who kill legislation that threaten their titles. The Texas Association of County Treasurers sent the paper a fact sheet on the importance of keeping the position open.

A county in Maryland that has towns that are small to medium sized but wealthy to say the least, here there are some the richest cities in America such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Poolesville, etc. I think just a drive or walk around the place should let you know what kind of place it is, the high school parking lots are full of BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus and Porsche. In all of the towns you'll find a ton of "soccer moms" which frequent Starbucks, Whole Foods and Kohl's, not to mention there's a Starbucks on every intersection here, heck there is even one right in front of my house. The average dad drives a fancy car and where's polo's everyday and the kids are enrolled in Private or Charter schools. The schools here are some of the best in the nation with High Schools such as Wootton, WJ, Winston Churchill and RM, there are also private schools like Landon or Holton-Arms.
He owns a BMW lives in a 1M dollar home and got accepted to all Ivy League's he definitely lives in Montgomery County.

A school district located west of Fairfax County Public Schools in Northern Virginia. It is a suburban district with some urban and rural areas. It is apparently one of the best and richest school districts in the country and is developing.
I attend Fairfax County Public Schools and some of my friends are moving to Loudoun County Public Schools.

A high school in South Jersey with tons of different specialties. There may not be football, but there’s cooler stuff like their awesome robotics team, a swim team, etc. Great diversity. Also more commonly called CCTS by those in the area.
