tourist trap

A place specifically designed to attract stupid tourists and take their money. It's like taking candy from a baby, that's how easily they fork it over.

I thought the largest ball of twine in the world would be really cool and worth every penny of the $29 entrance fee, but I was really disappointed when I realized that it was nothing but a dumb tourist trap.

Toorak Tractor

"Toorak Tractor" is the name given to any of the glitzed up chrome-ridden "soccer mom/mum" SUVs often seen driving around Toorak; one of the more well to do suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. From BMW X5s and Land Rovers to Volkswagen Touraegs and Porsche Cayennes, some of them have the raw ability to navigate mountain passes and some of them don't. The point is that for anyone who lives in Toorak, venturing out into the countryside in their glorified tractor is the furthest thing from their minds.

A device used in the movie, Saw. This device hooks into the upper and lower jaws of a person. They must find a key to unlock the device or it will rip their jaws apart.

When the timer on the back goes off, your mouth will be permanently ripped open. Think of it like a reverse bear trap.

The Temper Trap

The Temper Trap are a rock band formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 2005.

Known for their use of atmospheric sounds, pulsating guitars and soothing, ambient rhythms.

Members are Dougy Mandagi, Jonathon Aherne, Lorenzo Sillitto and Toby Dundas.

The band released their debut album Conditions in 2009. The album's lead single, Sweet Disposition, reached #6 on the UK Singles Chart.

Influences include U2 and Arcade Fire among others.
