When a man or transwoman is standing naked, usually in an athletic stance, thrusting their hips front to back so their shlong rapidly flies up and down like the trunk of an elephant. If this is done with enough length and speed, it is generally accompanied by a noise not unlike clapping.

Trevor’s giant shiitake was flying around so fast during the hungry dumbo that it looked like a whole bag of mushrooms.

Dumbo Punched

Regarding fighting (Mixed Martial Arts, MMA, UFC or Boxing) when a fighter is punched in the head so that, in slow motion, you see his cauliflower ears flap around like the animated Disney character "Dumbo".

He was hit so hard in the head his ears started to flap. He was Dumbo punched!
