The person says you can't get a gooby hull from them, it means you can't get anything. It would go like "Man you can't get a gooby hull from me." It means nothing. This was said in Galveston, Texas. They don't say too much anymore, as a matter of fact I don't hear it anymore.
Man, you can't get a gooby hull from me. Everyone knows a hull is a shell. As in peanut shell or hull.

An ambiguous word that comes with several different definitions depending on the context used. The word is Baltimore slang that was said by two highschoolers in Baltimore which eventually became a widespread term.
