As #399 in the pokedex, people love this adorable little beaver. Somehow, it has become an idol to the pokemon community, being a very weak "route 1 normal type" that was only used as an HM slave. Although, now, it is praised an the pokemon community for those exact reasons, and people refer to it as "the god pokemon", i hope this helps.
