Yuege

Yuege is a term describing the overreaction to something that is happening to the point where you gaslight yourself into thinking it's not happening (and thereby gaslight everyone around you).

It can also describe situations in which because you have gaslit yourself to believe something is not happening, taking further action seems impossible.

As a result, it can lead those close to you into a sense of frustration and/or disappointment. You may hear Mozart's Lacrimosa in the background when experiencing the aforementioned symptoms.
