Whining

Whining or To Whine is the action or dance of shaking your waist and bottom to the beat or rhythm of a song.

It is often done by both men and women in African, Caribbean, and Brazilian Cultures during certain events and festivals.

You may have seen it in music videos with ladies shaking their but next to a music artist, but there are multiple ways to whine and it is not inherently sexual or done in this way.

The phrase one can utter when someone starts whining about things that are so minor. This is similar to "fish on" when someone lands a fish or whatever on a fishing line. However, that is seen as positive and exciting while this is seen as soooooooo annoying....
