Romano Vargas is a character from an anime series Hetalia: Axis Powers. He is quite rude to men and more soft around ladies. He also has a quick temper and if often misunderstood. He has a warm heart and cares deeply about people who decide to get close to him. He is the best character in the whole anime.

Person 1: Hey, who's your favorite character in Hetalia?

Person 2: Oh, it's Romano Vargas.
Person 1: Isn't he the mean one?
