Suburbiac

An individual or individuals hailing from the roots of Suburbs who attempt to rebel their cookie cutter blood flow and remain a misfit, scene or any edgy dark teenager. Usually going in their circulation of scene to goth to punk, trying to develop street smarts, accents and sense within their all american habitat. Though at the end of the day, Suburbiacs tend to obey the standards of parents such as attending baby showers, do such gestures for attention and depend on Blood on the Dance Floor as their mentors and influences.

As Emma and I were walking down Colfax, we spot a handful of Suburbiacs gawking at a cupcake shop in their Betsy Johnson stockings.

Suburban bubble mom

A mother in charge of 3 or more children, drives a mini van, takes her kids to soccer practice, has THAT hair cut, you know? The really short one. Lives in the suburbs and goes to biggby every Wednesday while her kids are at soccer practice to read with her book group and if there is a minor imperfection in her order she WILL ask to speak to the manager.

"Dude your mom is such a suburban bubble mom"
"I know right"
"She even has the hair cut, does she like to speak with the manager?"

The delusion of suburban teens that their life is horrible, their parents are evil, they are entitled to everything without any effort or hard work on their part, and that they are bad asses that can "take" anyone.

The token soccer mom SUV. Usually has 4-5 bumper stickers on the tailgate bragging about how her little shit plays little-league soccer and/or is an honor student at the local middle school.

I laugh everytime I see a suburban in my neighborhood because they're so predictable. Always being driven by an overweight 35-40 year old woman.

suburban warfare

The act of maintaining your lawn and home in suburban sprawl. Making sure that your lawn looks better than your neighbors’ lawn at all costs. Using a lawn service and chemical weapons to make sure you have the nicest lawn on the block. Descibes the extent that people will go to have the nicest lawn on the block.

This weekend suburban warfare was hot and heavy. Everyone was out working on their lawn and putting mulch down. Chemical warfare was at an all time high; those lawns are so toxic, only the grass can live.

Did you see Jones working on his lawn all day putting those chemical down? He fired the first shot; suburban warfare is on…
