Someone who doesn't play a game unless they are part of the staff team; normally hopeless and very unlikely to aquire a game server of their own. Only plays games where staff is needed, constantly begs for promotions.

A meeting for servers with the management but the servers arnt allowed to ask one question or voice their concerns without getting shot down. The servers werent even allowed to say one word.
