A sin boomerang is a woman of the attractive variety that is able to be recruited to acquire various objects of the self-destructive variety (such as drinks or cigarettes) from horny men typically in an environment in which imbibing is occurring. Upon acquiring the desired item, she then returns to her friend/friends to ration out the spoils.
