A portmanteau of ‘poon tang’ or ‘poon’ and ‘pussy,’ and a variation of ‘poosay’ that is a silly twist on the slang ‘pussy’ that refers to a vagina.

Puke.
In Hawaii all words are pronounced phonetically, so "puke" is Pookay.
Puke actually means "book" in hawaiian, but it doesn't fit as well.
