That time of night when everybody who's still out is crazy drunk and anyone with sense is safe at home.
Some girl just drunk dialed me and already forgot that she did it and now some guy just drove over the lawn instead of the driveway, it's crazy o'clock, time to go home.

That terrible time of night when you are lying there in the dark, staring up at the ceiling, asking whatever deity to which you subscribe why in the world you are still awake and cannot (pleasedeargod) get to sleep because you have to be up in 2 hours. Not caffeine or stress related. When spoken, heavy tone of desperation on the "why". Often associated with fear of knowing the sun will be up soon and looking like you were hit by a train that day.
I couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning because I was lying awake at "why o'clock", replaying the last scene from Halo 3 over and over in my head, worrying about my taxes, and humming the Family Guy theme song. I wanted to cry.

This usually involves and empty schedule, so the perpetrator is often waking up for sandwich time after 11 AM and as late as 2 PM.

Luke: What time you getting up tomorrow?
Reggie: Probably sandwich o'clock.
Luke: When is that?
Reggie: The time I wake up and immediately make and eat a sandwich. I got nothing to do tomorrow.
