Tommy ( someone who was a skinner , everyone knows a Tommy ) was a goof , he would get young men drunk and drug them & than take advantage of them when they were unconscious and vulnerable and than try to convince them that they were willing and are secretly gay when they would come to after being passed out and taken advantage of
