It is filled with nice people, and idiotic people; it is a place for degenerate people and kids with deranged minesets. Anything you say in there will 98% of the time, will have another person say something like "who asked" and, "nobody cares". Opinions are denied with people who are retarded and don't do anything besides sit on a chair while looking at a blank screen and pretend to be someone they aren't. Oh, and did I forget to mention? You also won't win anything in there because the apposing person most likely has power over that server, leading to you being silenced for no resonable explanation.
