immaculate correction

When I ask someone to help me with something on my computer and just the act of their coming over seems to fix the problem.

I contacted my IT person because I couldn't access the internet on my computer. When they showed up to fix it, before they even did anything, I was able to access the internet. I call that an 'immaculate correction'.

A judgemental phrase used to describe a group of women (around 4-12 of them) who post pictures of themselves together on Instagram, particularly if they are dressed revealingly, or posing with alcohol.

man one: hey bro, your sister posted a picture of her slut convention on instagram last night, they really should cover up...

man two: *sigh* I just wish they wouldn't invite chad round with them...

Cultural Creationist

(noun) A person who labels a piece of fiction such as a book, TV show, or movie as being too "political", "preachy" or "woke" for it's social commentary, when in reality, the person simply dislikes it because it doesn't personally match their own politics or beliefs. The same way Christian creationists deny scientific evidence because it doesn't fit their religious beliefs.

Person 1: Dude, have you seen the new Watchmen on HBO? It's fucking fake "woke" political garbage. Don't waste your time.
Person 2: You do know that the graphic novel and Snyder's movie were both extremely political, right? That's the theme of the whole thing. Politics.
Person 1: Whatever! "Wokemen" is still lame!
Person 2: Man, you're seriously starting to sound like a Cultural Creationist!
