Internet that is slower than Internet in Africa or does not work at all. Even dialup is faster. Just got "updated" to 1/4 the speed. Has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Cf is that one person who always manages to get you in trouble. A Cf will stop at nothing untill he/she gets you trouble. A cf loves to harm your social reputation. A cf is commonly known as a snitch or a tattle tale. A Cf is also hated by most parents and all of the teachers. A cf would be like the guy who starts a bar fight and blames it on your sober ass.
