The day was hotter than usual and the wall seemed to weep.

It is awfully hot for October. It's a spirit summer for sure!

Summer is the mum friend. She is kind and caring and one of the kindest people you could ever meet. Summer is extremely hard working, when they are determined to do something they will do it. Summers can be shy at first but when they get angry they are not afraid to yell.

When summer comes and you walk outside barefoot often enough that you form a rough protective layer of skin on the bottom of your feet.

If you'd walked barefoot enough to get your summer feet you wouldn't have hurt yourself walking on that gravel.
