Dicky Waters

Dicky waters is when you secretly insert your flaccid penis into the opening of a water bottle and shake it around for a few seconds so that the entirety of the bottles contents have made content with your penis. You then hide the seemingly normal water bottle in plain sight and wait for an unsuspecting victim.
