car limbo

Car limbo is when you're driving on the freeway or a large street and every car around you is driving the exact same slow speed, causing you to either be stuck or drastically changing your speed to get out. Can also be used to describe poor traffic or blocked streets/intersections

someone who makes car sounds when moving around instead of using words or saying nothing at all.

a guy approaches a wall of people. Instead of saying "excuse me." to get through he makes beeping car sounds."Beep Beep!!" someone in the crowd mutters "car creep."
