Crying hero, sometimes referred to as "Goofball" is a slang term for the combination of the polydrug obtained through mixture of methamphetamine and heroin (fentanyl can be used in place of "hero" albeit with a higher risk of overdose) as means to differentiate it from the common mistake of confusing "Crying Hero" (Winter storm, Goofball, Numb/Encore, frostbite, or simply Heroin & Meth) with "Speedball" (Meth & cocaine), due to Crystal's synthetic composition being more dangerous & addictive than Cocaine's natural composition, which causes an increased chance of overdose as well as other medical problems including you hire percentage of fatality. Crying hero also can be achieved through IV or "snorting" (Inhalation through nasal passages) whereas The common definition of "speedball" refers to usage by means of IV only.

Get the Left Lane Hero mug.A term originally coined by SPC Groth while deployed in eastern Afghanistan. He used the term to describe a soldier who was covered in his own blood and tears. It then caught on to most of the camp in the following weeks. Songs were written about it, etc.
