makeup sleep

It's like makeup sex in a sense that it's a really good sleep that you get after feeling shitty.

Man I was so tired after finals, I took a shower and passed out for like 18 hours, it was the best makeup sleep of my life!

Can't sleep?

If you don't sleep, make sure you don't take any pills, and go outside often, fresh air will come in handy. It’s even better if you think of fond memories before bed, and something that makes you happy. If you still can’t fall asleep, and feel tired, and reluctant, see a doctor, it may be something more serious.

It has to be late at night, otherwise it would make no sense whatsoever.
