Geekfest

A party from either 12AM-6AM or form 10:30PM- 4:30 AM in which the students of the Alabama School of Math and Science bring in their computers, x-boxes, gamecubes, gamecasts, ddr pads, rpg games, and lots more geeky stff and have a party. HALO foir 6 hours is heaven on earth for some, while others like to challenge the teachers at DDR. Anime is one of the most popular things, only second to the LAN party, which sually consists of geeks playing WOW (world of warcraft). wOOt! Go HALO and WOW!!!

Hey yo! It's time for Geekfest!

Yeah! I can't wait to play freaking HALO II for 6 hours! Let's go wait outside the doors so I can get a HALO controller!

I fear the geeks

When surrounded by geeks, you might text or bbm a friend to say you're surrounded by geeks or if you're really daring say it out loud.

Quite ironically it is a play on "I fear the Greeks, even those bearing gifts" from Virgil's Aeneid and one would generally have to be quite clever (or geekish) to know that. A phrase common among public school chaps in England.

geeks: it's really good fun, here, like star wars.
normal person: Ok, right
geeks: (chanting) join us, join us...
other normal person: I fear the geeks!

Any magazine or website which speaks about or reviews the high-end or extremely newer aspects of computers, software, or any other Information Technology. Most times this geekporn is very well-protected, and only leaves the owner "on loan." Good examples of Geekporn are magazines like MAXIMUM PC, or websites such as engadget.

"Dude, have you seen this month's geekporn yet?" or "Hey man, did you see that new wireless device on the web?"
