Flash wad

A large, impressive roll of paper money with a few hundreds on the outside and lots of singles on the inside. Used by gamblers, grifters and con artists for impressing rubes that you're a whale of a rich guy.

He always walked into a deal with a flash wad, but walked out making a lot of vague promises and leaving as little of it behind as possible.

Flash Bang

An explosive device weapon developed for use in crowd control that consists of a large charge, typically about 15 grams, of flash powder contained in a vented metal case with a triggering device similar to those used in ordinary hand grenades. While not designed for lethality, these are very dangerous weapons when used improperly. In 2014 a small child in Georgia was accidentally maimed by incompetent police officers who tossed one of these devices into a crib during a botched drug raid. These devices typically contain about five times the explosive charge of an ordinary M-80 firecracker, which contains three grams of flash powder.

Police officers maimed 18 month-old Bounkham Phonesavanh Jr. with a flash bang. They were never indicted.

Flashbang

Noun.

The act in which a female gets a light bulb shoved into her baby maker by someone else (glass end first), and then that person proceeds to give the daring, brave and very stupid female partner a swift punch to the lower gut, thus popping the light bulb. Named crudely after the flashbangs used by law authority that pop and disoriented with a bright flash of light.

She said she wanted to try something new in bed, so I gave her a flashbang.
