Doge whistle

A doge whistle is the use of coded or suggestive language in conspiratorial messaging to garner support from other conspiracy theorists whilst providing a veneer of plausible deniability.

The concept is a reference to ultrasonic dog whistles, which are audible to dogs but not humans, and to Doge coin, a cryptocurrency favoured by conspiracy theorists and political extremists. Doge whistles use language that appears normal at a cursory glance but which communicates specific, inflammatory ideas to target audiences. They are generally used to convey messages on issues likely to provoke controversy or action without attracting excessive negative attention.

"No one is even trying to shoot the ducks on the lake," Leon noted within earshot of a gang of cryptocurrency conference attendees who had not seen the flock of birds swimming on the shores of the convention centre. The iconic Shiba Inu and face behind Dogecoin. Doge, aka Kabosu, became a meme in 2013 when her first "iconic" picture was taken. Her owner Atsuko Sato said that Kabosu was adopted in 2008, five years after she was born. Doge was frequently memed besides another Shiba Inu called Balltze, aka Cheems. She lived a full eighteen years (126 Doge Years) before passing away on May 24th, 2024. After both of them passed away, the internet will never be the same again.

Guy 1: Did you hear that doge passed away?
Guy 2: Yeah, it's really unfortunate. The internet won't be the same without her.

Dodge Douche

Oblivious, self centered, hat wearing, drives too fast, tailgating, loser who gets his identity through a truck. Almost always a Dodge Ram. They're like a cult.

I heard that Bob got pulled over for DUI. He was going 140 in a 55 zone, tailgating an Asian woman, swearing, honking and throwing high beams while drunk. Bob is your protoypical Dodge Douce.

I saw Steve cat calling a fat girl at the bar. Ya, he's such a Dodge Douche.
