A Greek and Roman derived name. The Greek comes from -Helios- (Ἥλιος). Sounds like Helium. Elio is commonly the one guy at the function that likes to stand in a corner and hit a boof cart (laced marijuana e-cig). Elio is also the type of guy to rock a Minion Fit (outfit that resembles the outfit of a minion).
