A woman who is attracted to thugs. Thugs can be White, Black, Hispanic, Asian or any race for that matter. Thug jumpers see thugs as an opportunity to fix someone to feel morally right, but usually end up in a domestic violence situation, cheated on, raped and sometimes even killed. After their traumatic experience, they will take to social media to complain about how trashy men are, failing to realize their own flaws in their tastes of men.

It seems more like they looked at map for states that didn't go together before they made the song, though people can see the humor in that. It's hard enough to find a black person in Maine or Wyoming, so they must have a group like AA for thugs to let them know they are not the only thug in their state, a Thugs Anonymous group.
