Cooke's Law

Cookes Law states that a girl is fair game if she was in High school at the same time you were. This rule is in effect until said girl graduates, at which time whatever your friends think is acceptable is the new guidline.
Some high schools consist of a different grade system, the mostly widely accepted for this rule is grades 9-12.

Grade 10 girl - "I really like you"
2nd year university boy - "Sorry, cant break Cooke's Law"

Or something like that...

Coined by Donald Trump during his 2016 election campaign to describe his penis. In an attempt to gain an edge over his opponent, ontop of his unethical campaigning strategies, in confidence he would joke about how hillary would screw over people like how his crooked hillary screwed prostitutes.
