Referring to a crude technique of courting. Usually involves stalking around the dance floor chatting up (in the broadest sense) women indiscriminantly. Often best deployed during the latter stages of a night.

Often has the prefix ten-to-(insert closing time of club) referring to the last ditch nature of the whole affair.

Used to describe under 21-year-old broke females at a club, whose sole intentions are to obtain drinks at no cost by club owners, staff, or patrons, many times in exchange for sexual favors, who coincidently insist on hanging around at a club well after last call.

Club Groupie Hoe: "I forgot my ID but I have a wristband??", "Oh this is on the house; I know (insert bar owner name here)."

So this chick's 18 just hanging out by the bar trying to attract attention just so she can score a free drink; what a club groupie hoe.
