Cool out

A form of temporary monetry funding which comes from one person who has a vast amount of funding at their disposal and goes to another person without pay back. This will happen as long as the person funding the money is able to do so (more funding expected to come from that person).

E.g - Bill was expecting a "cool out" from his boy Tom.
