The act of pretending or acting to be gay to close friends, usually through the use of sexual remarks, but not actually being attracted to them.

The true origins this term are unknown, but there is significant evidence to support the theory they are derived from the very popular space-themed, mafia-style, detective game, clue.

Sus is short for suspicious. It can also mean sus as in Gay and sexual.
