An enhanced state of being intoxicated to where a person can not even say "I want to go home" it comes out "I wanna go vrome" Vrome is beyond belligerent, hammered, smashed and tanked. Getting vrome usually results in bad decisions, loss of memory and or throwing up. Can be used as a noun, adjective or verb.

"Hey call the DD I wanna get vrome"
"Dude I got so vrome last night"
"Mom wake up! I'm vrome"
"I want to vrome your vrome later'
