Arguably the number one party school on the east coast. Was originally listed as the number one party school on Playboy's top party school list. However, Playboy felt it was unfair to continuing ranking professionals with amatuers and removed URI from the list permanantly.

Sacred Heart University

Sacred heart university is a small college in Fairfield CT. Sacred Heart University is a small school that offers a lot and its up to you to do something with it. Most of the population comes from Long Island, CT and MA but there is a small population that only complain about the school and never do anything to fix it. 85% of student body are Apathetic and its sad. They(the 85%) sit around and drink and complain. The RA's are pretty fair, if you are acting up then OBVIOUSLY you will be written up, such is life and If you dont like it, transfer or move off campus. SHU never promised to be the place for you. SHU does what it can with what it has. It isnt perfect but no school is. college is what you make of it and SHU is a great place to be if you have a personality and some type of intelligence

Eastern Kentucky University 

Located in Richmond KY, this is the nation's premier Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Care, Assets Protection and Security college in the world. The Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training is situated on Eastern's campus, along with Kentucky State Police post 7. This college is the Yale/Harvard/Princeton/Stanford of those wishing to enter into a career for law enforcement.

1. Man, I found out I wasn't man enough to become a police officer while persuing a degree at Eastern Kentucky University, so I decided to go to the University of Kentucky for a liberal philosophy degree.

Directional university 

A state-supported university in the United States whose name includes a compass direction, e.g. "North state name State University." Many directional universities started out as teachers' colleges, broadening their educational missions in the 1950's or 1960's. In most instances a directional university has easier admissions standards than its state's flagship university ("The University of state name") and serves a greater proportion of commuter/part-time/older students.

California does not have directional universities. As an equivalent, it has universities with the word "State" in their names.

Job hunting with a degree from a directional university is mighty tough.

University of South Carolina Beaufort 

a tiny school out in the middle of nowhere surrounded by marines, old people, and tourists. Good if you have a car and unlimited supply of money for gas. The only thing close is Wal-Mart and the Kangaroo gas station. Watch out for the fox on campus, he'll stare you down.

Only go to University of South Carolina Beaufort if you wanna get the hell away from your parents for a few months, cuz you won't like it for too long.
